The property was advertised as accommodating 12. It was clean but lacking in a number of amenities:- beds for 10 when ad indicated sleeps 12 and we had asked for 11. The 11th "bed" was a strange sofa bed in living-room for which there was no linen. We requested sheets and received the next day but one of our grandsons elected to sleep on the floor of a carpeted bedroom instead of the living-room couch- Dining-room only sat 6! (for place advertised for 12)- Not enough dishes for 11 never mind 12 - e,g,. only 10 dinner plates- Pool table miniature - shorter than a cue- No outdoor furniture in yard which had no greenery - a dry desertPlace needs some attention and ad needs to reflect 10 beds but dining-room table needs to be moved to living-room and made much larger for groups larger than 6,
