The apartment is fully furnished. It has absolutely everything you would need to move in now.

Could be a family of 4 or 2 professional couples or mature students looking for a superior living or corporates.

This second floor apartment has a lounge with a sofa, two single seater sofa chairs, SMART TV and an open plan kitchen fitted with appliances including a gas hob with oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine/dryer.

There is cutlery, pans and pots, wine and water glasses & crockery required for your visit.

The balcony which overlooks a green leafy open space is one of the best features of the apartments and is perfect for having morning tea or coffee or a glass of champagne in the evening.

There are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and with double sized bed as well as 2 single beds.

The master bedroom has an en suite attached to it and there is also a family bathroom with a large bath and 2 well pressured ceiling & hand showers.

The apartment is furnished with modern furniture and is maintained to a very high standard with under floor heating and double glazing ensuring full privacy and security.

The flat is 10 mins drive to Country park, Woods and Byron Pool, one of the most pleasant woodland sites which offers a lovely circular walk next to the River Cam.

GETTING AROUND

Trumpington Park & Ride (place for buses and guided Buses to Cambridge) is 2 mins walk from the flat. There are buses every 10 mins to Cambridge City Centre (St Andrews Street) on weekdays and Saturdays as well as every 15 mins on Sundays.

Cambridge Train station is 10 mins drive from our apartment.
