Very nice flat in a great location. Well set up and nice furnishings. My wife and I were very comfortable during a stay of about 8 weeks. Living area is one level above street and can be a little noisy, since it’s on a busy street, but the bedroom is a level above that and much quieter. Lots of good pubs and restaurants steps from apartment. Would definitely stay again!

A fantastic apartment! Clean, modern and in an extremely convenient location. Communication with the hosts was second to none - almost immediate answers to my questions which was incredibly helpful.Instructions were perfect. I was concerned about parking but spaces were plentiful in the car park opposite, despite there being open days at Cambridge University. As the weather was extremely hot I was relieved that there was covered parking to keep the car cool on our return. On that note, I was also relieved to find 2 Dyson fans in the apartment which were perfect at keeping us cool.Bedding and towels were very clean and of excellent quality, along with the rest of the apartment.It was great to have many of the university colleges on our doorstep. There were many nearby restaurants and a mini market about half a minute’s walk away - great if you’ve forgotten any essentials. We arrived early and Nicola kindly agreed to let us access the apartment before the usual 3pm where we found plenty of essentials including coffee, milk, tea bags, sugar and snacks. In the shower room there were a number of good quality toiletries.I was travelling with my son so I was pleased to find that the shower room is completely separate from the bedroom and not en-suite :)The Italian restaurant La Margherita is about 2 minutes away - lovely takeaway.Friendly, professional hosts and a great apartment - would definitely recommend. Would I stay again? Absolutely!
