We had a lovely stay, a tiny point was our window didnt open, although luckily we were supplied with a fan. A minor point though. The hotel was so central , we had a great break.

No lift and long journey if you are on top floor

Only problem I had was our room was 2 flights up then down another flight of steps and round a corridor, difficult for me as I’m not long after a knee replacement. There were not any rooms available on the ground floor. I should have checked beforehand. There was no lift.

Great hotel

Fantastic hotel will definitely go back location was spot on close to everything. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food was great and breakfast had loads of choice 😋

Gteat stay just a bit dissapointed to get back @ 8.30 sunday night to find the restaraunt closed @8 but no offer of helping me with room service .a good staff but no real intetest apart from being told what to do alas

Clean room but with very basic amenities. Very good evening meal with excellent service. Friendly staff. Being on the 3rd floor with no lift, was a challenge with the luggage. Hotel within walkable access to the town. However limited parking at hotel.

Well located, great price, friendly staff

Some of the best service I’ve received lately - a friendly and caring staff who are super professional and great at what they do. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is a bit retro but it does the job. An excellent price for central Ely - I don’t think you could do better!
