Was shocked when we saw how close the hotel is to Charing Cross Station but you would never know you are located so close to a major transport hub. Inside the hotel has a lovely, old world grandeur to it that you would never suspect from the outside. Staff members all seem to genuinely want to help you. The dining and breakfast experiences were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel. Great location - close to trains, underground and bus networks making it so easy to get around.
Hotel was beautiful with large rooms and a very comfortable bed! Quiet, clean and friendly.
Will definitely stay here again
