Camden is the premier location in Mid-Coast Maine, and Chestnut Hill Street is arguably one of the nicest streets that runs between Bayview Street and Chestnut Streets. 

From the entry deck, you enter into the kitchen and main living area. There is a cozy living room with a TV and pullout couch. 
Off the living room, you will find the large king bedroom with en suite bathroom and laundry. 

Take a step back in time as you walk down Chestnut Hill to Bayview Street and to Laite Beach Park or up to Chestnut to walk into town. There is a remarkable collection of antique New England homes, many with front porches and barns, creating a shady retreat in summer. The house sits just two blocks from the center of Camden and Camden Harbor with its shopping, restaurants, and harbor park. Bayview Aerie is also very close walking distance to the Laite Beach & Park. You will be delighted with all of the area amenities you have access to within easy reach.

**The owner does live in the main house which isn't connected. You have plenty of privacy. The driveway is shared.
