Remodeled home with 4 bedrooms (Master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom with bunk bed with queen lower bed and upper double bed and 4th bedroom with king size bed), plus pull-out sofa in the living area. 3 baths, living room and family room (sleeps 10). Fiber optic high speed internet. Roku TV.
Large wrap around covered deck allows beautiful view of the river as well as the Wall Creek Elk Preserve. Located one bench up overlooking the Madison River. Walk to the Madison River via private path. House is on 20 acres with easy access and lots of parking. Quick drive to Highway 287 to visit Yellowstone, Ennis, Virginia City, Big Sky, Cliff Lake and Wade Lake.

In addition to above rules: Please take trash to the county transfer station receptacle at the community gate. Heat: Wall thermostat to 50, wall heat upper level to low and lower area turn to 60.
Please close windows when you leave the house. Madison Valley can have strong winds which can damage the window mechanism. You will be responsible for the repair if damaged.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you leave something behind (and we can locate it) we will be happy to return it to you, however, there will be a $25 fee plus the cost of shipping.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
