As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a furnished terrace and a perfect pool to enjoy the magnificent climate of the island and contemplate the Serra de Tramuntana, a world heritage site.
The nearest town is Campanet, a small municipality located northwest of the island and surrounded by mountains with beautiful valleys. In the center, full of life, you will find some supermarkets, restaurants and other services. In addition to its surroundings you will find numerous routes for hiking or you can visit natural treasures such as the Caves of Campanet. On the other hand, it is only five minutes by car from Inca, where you will find a wide range of leisure and services or 15 minutes from the Bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach.
