The room was standard. Older property but seemed clean enough. There was hair in the bathtub upon arrival so we didn’t use it. Many of the amenities were out of order, like the sauna, hot tub, gym equipment and vending machines. The guests above us were stomping around making lots of noise at 11:00pm and waking my children up, as soon as I notified the front desk it stopped. The pool area felt kinda dingy and unclean but the continental breakfast was great. Lots of choices and very friendly staff.

Corners were cut so much when renovating the property. Not that clean, slightly run down. Came off pretty dingey, I would’ve left if there was room for refund but had to suck up to it as it was late.

Has all the basics I needed to relax over the holidays. Only drawback was it’s advertised as pet friendly and once I had booked and paid I was told my room was not pet friendly, which was not clearly stated in the room description. If you have a pet, make sure you verify by calling before you reserve and pay.

Second room in a row that smelled like urine at entrance of room/bathroom and caulking of tub had black stuff on it which was unappealing to have our toddler use. Breakfast was good and pool is a bonus.

It was a great stay. The rooms was comfortable. However, it needs some renovations, the room was dark. Maybe changing the red carpet to a clean color would bring more vibrancy to the room. The curtains are little dirty as well.
