Parque aquático com principais atrações fechadas.

Comprei o pacote completo com acesso ao parque aquático, no entanto, em pleno domingo, dia em que ficaria inteiro no parque, as principais atrações estavam fechadas, sem motivo algum. Simplemente porque o parque não estava lotado, não abriram.

Hotel bom mas precisa melhorar alguns processos

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa . Tudo novo e limpo. Porém alguns processos não condizem com o título de resort e consequentemente valor pago pela diária. Por exemplo: cobrar taxa para troca de toalha usada nas piscinas...fazer o hóspede no momento do check out ir devolver as toalhas para pegar os cartões e entregar na recepção ??? Péssimo. Além disso o hotel não tem 1 bebedouro nas dependências...nem ao menos na academia obrigando que toda água seja comprada e o valor é absurdo. R$6,30 em uma água de 500ml ? Uma das atividades fim do hotel se torna venda de água. O Wi-fi é ruim...falha muito e a TV ficou sem sinal uma noite das três que estivemos hospedados. O estacionamento do hotel não é suficiente o que nos obrigou a estacionar em um "terreno" anexo ao hotel. O restaurante é bom porém fica a observação da opção de carne vermelha que sempre é grelhada onde nitidamente não suprime a demanda (é preciso sempre esperar pela carne) além de ser um bife duro que quase não possível cortar.

Lugar silencioso, quartos (um pequeno ap) muito bons, limpeza nota dez, atendimento da recepção impecável. O hotel é bonito e tem piscinas aquecidas. Mas a comida é sem variedade alguma, não suja, mas colocada de qualquer maneira sobre o bufê. Café da manhã melhor do que as refeições. Pra mim arroz, feijão e macarrão para um hotel que se intitula como Resort é inaceitável. Foi o que tivemos em todas as refeições, mais dois, ou 3 tipos de carne. Na verdade a experiência foi bem básica e sem graça alguma, já que no primeiro jantar toda a comida estava sem sal algum e eu não sou do tipo que come com saleiro do lado, mas sem sal é o fim. Vou ser bem critica agora: eu no meu todo dia cozinho muito mais variedades e melhor do que eu pude apreciar no Thermas. Então o que poderia ter sido uma experiência fenomenal, foi razoável, já que também não pude ver o parque por inteiro, pois às terças eles só abrem a área infantil do Parque e isso não está dito nas características da reserva. ATENÇÃO PARA QUEM FOR RESERVAR: a comida é importante, porque não é barata e porque à volta do Resort não tem nada, a cidade de São Pedro fica a 7 kms de distância e se eu quizesse comer melhor, teria que sair, pegar estrada e procurar na cidade um lugar. Durante o dia se você quiser um petisco tem batata frita e frango à passarinho. Pedimos um dia e eu desisti, porque estava encharcado de óleo. Como eu disse todo o problema do Resort fica na área gastronômica.

Hotel com boas instalações. Quarto amplo e espaçoso com frigobar, microondas e varal de chão. Restaurante com pouca variedade mas comida boa - senti falta de opções sem glúten; mesmo tendo preenchido no check in sobre restrição alimentar. Equipe educada e prestativa. Atenção: piscinas não são quentes, são climatizadas ou frias. Apenas duas são quentes - o mesmo para o parque.

Excelente opção de lazer e diversão.

Viagem em família com bebê, tudo confortável e no geral excelente atendimento, com profissionais muito gentis em praticamente todas as áreas. O ponto a melhorar é a alimentação infantil e os grelhados, sempre fora de ponto chegando a ficar ressecados. Os elevadores do bloco B marcam o andar diferente de onde realmente estão. Tivemos um problema no ar condicionado que foi resolvido de maneira imediata.

O valor do resort não é compatível com o que é oferecido , valores das diarias de resort 4 estrelas , mas diria que a qualidade das refeições e estrutura é mais de 3 estrelas , quando você as refeições já se percebe que o hotel quer economizar por exemplo copos de vidro bem pequenos , comida opção de carne vermelha se limita a apenas um tipo por refeição , cada troca de toalha R$5 , não vejo problema em fazer esses tipos de economia mas a diaria então está incompatível com o oferecido tinha que custar metade do valor pelo que faz usufruto. Se quiserem aproveitar da estrutura do parque aquatico mais facil e muito mais barato pagar o parque aquatico e se hospedar em outro lugar , a experiencia do "resort" é mais simplificada
