FOR RENT in Marina di Campo three-room apartment in residential village a few minutes from the center and the beach of Marina di Campo.



The village is developed on the hill of La Serra and is a very quiet residential complex rented to tourists and partly used directly by the owners.



The four-room apartment is located at an intermediate level of the village in an elevated and quiet position with private outdoor space shaded by Mediterranean pines .



Inside it consists of: large veranda furnished as a sitting room with sofa and TV, living room spacious kitchen (the kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove), small double room (pull-out bed suitable for children up to 12 years) equipped with a small balcony overlooking the Gulf of Campo, from the living room leads to the sleeping area where there are 2 double bedrooms and the bathroom (windowed and with bathtub).



The outdoor space is furnished for dining and shaded by the private pine forest; a corner of the garden is used as a laundry room and also has an outdoor shower with hot water. The house also has air conditioners and private parking space.



The apartment is elevated from the parking lot by one level so it is necessary to climb a staircase of about 20 steps (condominium staircase) and an additional small (7 steps) private staircase, so the property is not suitable for those with walking problems.
