"Elbanità" is a renovated Tuscan farmhouse with a pool where it takes just a moment to experience the true essence of the island. Elbanità is “the breath of the island that, in an unexpected way—and only seemingly inexplicable—permeates you and becomes your own breath.”<br><br>ELBANITA is a villa dating back to the late 1800s, but today it is the result of a renovation aimed at reinterpreting the house in a contemporary style, with the goal of preserving its old-world charm—both elegant and rustic—while offering guests the chance to enjoy a comfortable stay and create fantastic holiday memories to share with friends upon returning home.<br><br>Located on the main road connecting Marina di Campo with the beautiful sandy beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, and Fetovaia, as well as the historic villages of San Piero and Sant’Ilario, this home’s location is ideal for heading to the beach, exploring the island by car, or as a starting point for hiking and biking excursions—or simply relaxing by the pool.<br><br>There’s room for everyone at the ELBANITA house. <br>Facing east to west, just as our “elders” liked it, and being open on all four sides, there’s always a sunny spot and a shaded spot outside. <br>A modern bioclimatic pergola overlooks a garden on the south side, while on the north side there is an outdoor living area with an old-world charm, featuring granite and terracotta, covered by an iron pergola and surrounded by greenery and the scent of rosemary.<br>On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a spacious living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, complete with a fully equipped open kitchen separated from the dining table by a wooden counter.<br> There is also a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its own private outdoor area, as well as a room with a sofa bed, which also has its own private bathroom <br><br>The upper floor, accessed via the old granite staircase, is entirely dedicated to the sleeping quarters. Here you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom with two windows, a bathroom with a shower, and the “master” bedroom with a high ceiling featuring exposed beams and original brickwork skilfully restored, along with a private bathroom with a shower and a splendid south-facing terrace where you can sunbathe even on afternoons during the off-season.<br>A well-maintained garden with many cosy spots for relaxation, a pool overlooking the Mediterranean scrub, and an entrance courtyard where you can park your car.
