Located in the residential area of Marina di Campo, with an independent entrance, the apartment undergoing complete internal and partial external renovation will be composed as follows: large living area with open kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, twin bedroom (joinable beds) with dedicated bathroom with exclusive access, shower cubicle, sink and toilet (without bidet). The property includes a large fully fenced garden with a pergola equipped for outdoor dining.
