Set right on the seafront, it overlooks a stretch of public beach just 10 meters from the house—step out the gate and your feet are in the sand. In the evenings, the street becomes a pedestrian area, perfect for a pleasant stroll to the historic center.
The villa features 3 bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, another double, and one with bunk beds, plus a second bathroom with tub and shower. The private kitchen is connected to the dining room, and there’s a spacious living area with TV. You’ll enjoy Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, and a barbecue.
Outside, relax in the private garden or on the covered terrace with wonderful sea views. The villa is directly on the seafront, facing a public beach and close to beach clubs. An outdoor shower and an al fresco dining area with table and chairs add to your comfort.
A shared parking space is available about 1 km from the property. You’ll receive an evening ZTL permit to unload your luggage.
