Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.

Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.

Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 3 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .

The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free

Luogo presso zona industriale. Con collegamenti disagevoli. Casa a schiera con rumori insopportabili (si sentono persino i vicini russare la notte e di giorno è un un'inferno) aria condizionat a in cucina e basta inoltre gran parte dei letti sono nel seminterrato che puzza di muffa non abbiamo potuto andarvene per problemi fi salute

Een prachtige villa, vlak bij zee

We hebben met vijf vriendinnen in de villa gelogeerd en er was een zee aan ruimte. Er waren meerdere vergelijkbare huisjes in een rij, op 50 m van het strand. Goed verzorgd met alles erop en eraan. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en gaf ons een aantal goede tips over restaurants (Lido della Palme) en dorpjes in de omgeving die de moeite waard waren (Castelbuono met het lekkerste ijs van heel Sicilië). Kortom: een echte aanrader.
