Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Controle do ar e da tv estavam com pilha zerada. Quando liguei ar condicionado ficou pingando água dentro do quarto o tempo todo. Lençois e cobertores mto velhos e empoeirados (Atacou até minha rinite). Quarto estava sujo no teto, cantos, com traças. Ficamos 4 dias e só colocaram 2 toalhas. Enfim decepção.

Roupas de cama sujas

Achamos péssimo as condições de limpeza do local quando chegamos, lençóis sujos e rasgados, cobertas velhas rasgadas e fedidas, além de não ter as duas camas de solteiro conforme contratado, e ao invés disso uma cama de solteiro com auxiliar. A energia cai diversas vezes ao tomar banho.Ao segundo dia de hospedagem a moça da limpeza trocou as roupas de casa ao informarmos a situação encontrada, nos atendeu muito bem neste sentido.
