Horrível e maior furada.

Hotel precisando de dono e reformas. Não é porque é antigo não precisa de reformas. Banheiro horrível que não condiz com hotel. Pedi controle da TV várias vezes e não solucionaram e não estavam nem ai para meu problema. Tive que levantar toda vez para desligar TV. Hotel estava lotado e beirando 2 graus, perguntei sobre a possibilidade de acender lareira e disseram que acende somente alta temporada que achei ridículo a resposta. Café da manhã sem suco de laranja e pão de forma acabar em pleno domingo. Estrada de acesso péssimo para carro baixo. A única coisa que salva são o pessoal da cozinha e camareira e a gatinha Nara que até dormiu 1 noite conosco mas o resto precisam melhorar e muito. Atualizam as fotos também e retiram photoshop das fotos e mostram a reliadade e nao somente quartos selecionados para foto pois a realidade é outra. Só não cancelei por que nao havia mais reembolso, foi frustrante e decepcionante.

O atendimento é bom, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom com variedade e tudo gostoso. Local bastante silencioso bom para descansar. O que deixou a desejar é a qualidade do quarto, muito antigo precisando de reformas e roupas de cama também bem antigas com aparência de encardidas, bem usadas. Banheiro estava limpo, mas é bem antigo.

As instalações são antigas porém tem tudo o que precisa para uma ótima estadia. Funcionários atenciosos, a piscina é aquecida porém não vi ninguém usando(até porque estava bastante frio). Café da manhã maravilhoso. A tarde ainda servem um chá da tarde e a noite tem sopas/caldos. O acesso é por estrada de terra mas nada que atrapalhe.

Equipe atendimento ótimo! Natan prestativo, atendimento via whats muito bom, me atenderam quando pedi café mais cedo e ainda me perguntaram depois se fui atendida! Melhor que muito hotel que fiquei! Cozinha: as meninas muito gentis e solícitas, atendimento ótimo! Limpeza de roupa de cama e ótima ducha, bem quentinha! Contras: Estrutura do hotel: Hotel muito bonito se fosse reformado, quando você entra no quarto percebe o descuido. Azulejos quebrados, portas emperradas, tudo muito velho e precisando de restauração. Luz de emergência fica clara a noite toda, quarto não fica escuro. Fiquei em suíte voltada p/ o corredor. Melhor pedir com vista frontal caso queira se hospedar. Outro detalhe que vi muita gente reclamar, as toalhas: estavam rasgadas, ralas, esgarçadas, muito ruim, não dá pra ter toalhas assim num hotel, a minha também estava. Achei preço alto pelas condições do hotel.

Tudo perfeito!

Adoramos o hotel! Oferece tudo para que os hóspedes se sintam em casa. Limpeza impecável. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito farto, com várias opções de frutas, sucos, tortas salgadas, tortas doces, geleias e frios. A tarde oferecem lanche da tarde cortesia. Nós hospedamos na Páscoa, e eles deram para todas as famílias um ovo de Páscoa da marca de chocolate própria, delicioso! Parabéns a toda equipe pela gentileza e cordialidade! Todos foram super atenciosos. A localização é excelente, cerca de 5 minutos do Parque Capivari, praticamente em frente ao Bosque do Silêncio e cerca de 2 minutos da Ducha de Prata.
