A pousada é linda, com áreas externas muito bem cuidadas e cheias de charme. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante variedade e tudo muito fresco. No sábado ainda tem um café da tarde com espumante de cortesia, um toque super especial! A piscina aquecida é uma delícia e os quartos são confortáveis e bem equipados. Já é a nossa segunda vez na pousada e com certeza voltaremos!

Boa opção, com ressalvas

Hotel com áreas comuns muito bonitas e bem cuidadas. Café-da-manhã muito gostoso, com pães e bolos maravilhosos e com sabores diferentes a cada dia. Mas como bem pontuado em outras avaliações, há algumas ressalvas. Atendentes são educados, mas não propriamente simpáticos. A acomodação que nos foi destinada não era confortável por algumas razões. A cama foi posicionada de uma forma que não permitiu a colocação de uma cabeceira. Significa dizer que não há a possibilidade de nela sentarmos nem mesmo encostados à parede em virtude da arquitetura do espaço. O quarto possui uma poltrona, que, obviamente, não atende a duas pessoas simultaneamente. O armário para roupas está muito mal posicionado, de modo que o pequeno espaço destinado a calças e casacos mal podia ser alcançado. A temperatura da água do chuveiro oscila continuamente entre levemente morna e extremamente quente. Não bastasse, tivemos que deixar a janela fechada na maior parte do tempo, já que não há a menor privacidade. Pessoas que estiverem na área da piscina conseguem enxergar dentro do quarto, assim como pessoas que estiverem na porta do restaurante em frente ao hotel! Além disso, pelo fato de a pousada estar à beira de uma via, ouvíamos constantemente caminhões e motos! As fotos do anúncio não transmitem esse cenário. Enfim, como estivemos na pousada durante a semana e na baixa temporada e conseguimos, por isso, pagar valores muito abaixo daqueles fixados usualmente, podemos dizer que o custo-benefício foi razoável

Apenas beleza não é o suficiente

Me hospedei na pousada de 01.08-03.08. É, realmente, belíssimo, arquitetura bem pensada para a proposta, mas infelzimente nem só de beleza vive o lugar. Escolhi a Pousada da Pedra para comemorar uma data especial de relacionamento. Por isso, antes do check in, adquiri o pacote romantico com " Espumante + velas + pétalas de flores desidratadas.". Logo no check in já foi uma decepção, pois as "petalas desidratadas" eram de papel, tirando o brilho natural do que fora vendido. No entanto, nao acabou por ai, nas duas noites que passei la, precisei dormir sem AC, pois estava quebrado. Embora tenha sido comunicado na primeira noite a recepção, lamentavelmente o problema não fora resolvido. Alem de todo o transtorno e frustração, a acústica da pousada não é das mais satisfatórias, comumente se ouvia espirros, tosses e passos de hóspedes vizinhos, o qual era agravado em virtude da inexistência do AC e seu barulho. Por fim, embora opcional, pela primeira vez fui cobrado por uma taxa de serviço de 10% do valor total (algo semelhante as que tem em restaurantes e bares). Em que pese ser opcional, chega a ser surpreendente que se cobre algo assim ante diárias tão caras e um serviço que, pelo menos para mim, se resumiu apenas em arrumar os quartos. Como iniciei, é uma linda Pousada, que infelizmente deixou a desejar quando isolada de sua infraestrutura.
