Chegamos tarde e tivemos dificuldade pra entrar, o funcionário não estava na recepção. O quarto tinha um colchão muito duro e travesseiros desconfortável, duro ou muito fino e desgastado. O meu chuveiro não funcionou e tive de tomar banho no quarto da minha colega. Pq já era 1h da manhã e não iria atrás de trocar o quarto. O meu quarto era no primeiro andar e embaixo era o café da manhã. A partir das 6h impossível continuar dormindo com o barulho de cadeiras. Não ficarei novamente nesse hotel e não recomendo.

Horrível, pura enganação. Nunca mais

Ruim do começo ao fim. Já houve confusão de quartos no check in, o quarto que ficamos tinha muito barulho. O estacionamento não fica no hotel, você deixa o carro com os funcionários e não sabe para onde levam e nem como o carro fica, se realmente é estacionamento ou deixam na rua. As fotos do site enganam, não pode se levar em consideração. Em relação ao jantar (que foi pago à parte) foi a pior experiência possível, local muito pequeno e sem controle algum, filas e mais filas para se servir e nenhum local para se sentar, tínhamos que sentar com outras pessoas e haviam pessoas que ficavam em pé e café da manhã a mesma situação. Horrível demais.
