Satisfatório

Chalé em piso frio, ao lado do rio, simples e agradável em rua de terra, distante a 10 minutos à pé do teleférico do Capivari. Ñ possui Wifi em área alguma. Toalhas novas com 1a utilização. Café da manhã foi nos sugerido fazer numa pousada distante 1km cuja variedade era bem maior, onde aceitei a contento. Possui 2 camas grandes de casal + 1 sofá cama + 1 cama de solteiro divididos entre o quarto e a sala. A porta e as janelas do banheiro ñ fecham bem, deixando o ar frio entrar, necessita serem lixadas, pois, são de madeira. Ñ possui recepção, tem que agendar horário pra alguém levar a chave e deixei-a na porta ao sair como nos foi falado.

Falta de organização

Infelizmente ao chegarmos no local , já havia uma família hospedada, o atendente nos pediu “desculpas” pelo ocorrido e nos ofereceu um chalé no mesmo terreno, sem calefação , chuveiro elétrico que não esquentava direito e colchões de espuma sem condíção de uso, havia uma escada caracol metálica para subir aos quartos e a porta não trancava com chave. Como chegamos à noite não tivemos outra opção a não ser ficar . No outro dia tentamos achar acomodação semelhante mas por ser feriado não encontramos. Solicitei um reembolso parcial mas a empresa respondeu “já que ocupou a acomodação não há reembolso” . Pretendo acionar judicialmente até como efeito “pedagógico “ a fim de que sejam mais organizados .

Pessimo... nao volto nunca mais e nao recomendo!

Pessimo. Fomos colocados em um quarto em outra casa, tinhamos que nos deslocar quase 5km para tomar o cafe da manha. Nessa outra casa o cheio de cera era muito forte, o chuveiro a gas nao funcionava direito. Tomamos banho no sacrificio. Na entrada dessa casa tinha rampa de acesso super fina e ao lado da rampa um degrau de uns 50cm onde cai com meu carro qdo fui sair a noite. Destrui meu parachoque traseiro. Reclamando com o proprietario ele nem deu atencao. O Vizinho disse que varios hospedes ja cairam nesse mesmo lugar e ele ja viu alguns detonarem o parachoque exatamente como eu. Ou seja, desrespeito com os hospedes. Alem de tudo, me cobraram 65 reais por uma taxa de limpeza, e nos 2 dias que ficamos la, ninguem apareceu para limpar nada. Pessimo, picareta, tudo mal feito. A unica coisa boa era a qualidade do cafe da manha. O local era pequeno e apertadissimo, mas era tudo delicioso. NAO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS.
