Fantasic staff and very nice location

The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel. The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good.

O local é bem rustico, fiquei em um quarto com Lareira e Hidromassagem, a água era bem quentinha e com bastante vasão, o ar condicionado ajudou bastante pois mantivemos ele no quente para ajudar pois estava muito frio. Achei apenas que seria mais aconchegante com piso em madeira mas o chão era bem gelado em piso frio além do que estava em reforma em cima do nosso quarto dando uma visão poluída com escada de pedreiro e entulho. Café da manhã foi bom, check in e check out fácil. Estacionamento pequeno, meu quarto era um pouco longe e por isso tínhamos que ir de carro mas tinham poucas vagas em frente a pousada onde serviam o café. Em maneiras gerais o local é bom, custo beneficio muito bom. Recomendo, mas não elevem tanto suas expectativas.

O Chalé tinha vários ajustes de manutenção pendentes, como pintura e rachaduras nas paredes. Esperava mais cuidado, principalmente pelo nível da acomodação. O chuveiro a gás oscilava muito, zero conforto para um banho tranquilo. A água da hidromassagem estava vindo com uma água esverdeada. Estava muito frio e o ar condicionado não aquecia e a lareira tem custo de lenha para ser utilizada. Me trouxeram um aquecedor bem antigo, que não funcionava direito. Os funcionários são educados e solicitos. O café da manhã é muito bom, faltou apenas pão de queijo para ficar completo. Precisa melhorar a estrutura dos chalés para receber os hóspedes.

Quarto reservado com antecedencia, não havia papel higienico nos 02 quartos que reservei, fui em feriado então estava cheio, porém não comportam a lotação no café da manhã, sem mesas suficientes, abastecimentos do café nao acontecia, quando abasteciam era pouca quantidade e nao durava para quem estava aguardando. Pelo valor cobrado, acomodações, serviço prestado e localização achei que não valeu a pena. Talvez fora de temporada, em um valor acessivel compense.

Foi um bom custo benefício. Café da manhã satisfatório, pães, frios, geléia, requeijão, manteiga, frutas, bolo de chocolate, suco de laranja, iogurte, ovo mexido, salsicha molho, café, leite e chocolate me pó disponíveis. Cama boa, roupas de cama boas e cheirosas, chuveiro bom. Não posso falar do aquecimento porque não usei. Fui em março. Estacionamento à disposição. Silêncio. Fica um pouco depois do Palácio antes do Auditório. Achei que valeu a pena. Cumpre a necessidade da estadia em Campos: cama boa, chuveiro quente e café da manhã.
