The villa is located in the south of Majorca, 15 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Coloni. Distance to the airport: 35 km. It is more a rustic house of Majorcan style. New construction and consists of 150 m². It is located on a field, very calm and ideal for children. We recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby, or taking a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water of such magnificent natural beaches as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes. The lovers of golf will find it 24 km to the beautiful golf course: Son Antem. The house is located some 4'5 km from the town of Campos. In Campos you will find all the services: supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, banks etc.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und Tiefe, auch für die Kinder war es super. Wir sind mit eigenem Auto gefahren, ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr abgelegen. Zu hören ist nur der Bauernhof samt Hühnern, Kühen, Hahn und Hund. Dadurch gibt es auch mehr Fliegen als üblich, aber das Positive hat definitiv überwogen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber Toni war unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir durften auch später als geplant auschecken, was für uns ein großer Vorteil war. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung, super Urlaub

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre) für 10 Tage in der Finca. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der aktuellen Ausstattung, nur draußen gibt es nur 1 Sitzgruppe und nicht 2, aber die reichts uns dicke aus. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool (11 x 5 Meter), flacher Einstieg bis hin zu 2 Meter Tiefe. Überall drinnen ist es klimatisiert, was es im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm macht. Drumherum ist quasi nichts, so dass man ungestört bleibt bei seinem Aufenthalt. Nebenan ist ein bisschen Landwirtschaft, daher bekommt man es beim Essen vielleicht häufiger mit Fliegen (keine Stechmücken) zu tun als sonst vielleicht, war aber auch unser erster Finca Besuch, daher wenig Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Schlüsselübergabe absolut probemlos und auch bei einer kleinen Beanstandung wurde umgehend geholfen, vielen Dank an Toni. Wir fanden es super und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super saubere tolle Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt in Felanitx war hervorragend. Die Unterkunft sah live noch besser aus als auf den Fotos und wir hatten sogar zwei Betten mehr als angegeben. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich neben einem Bauernhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber in 15 minütiger Reichweite. Ohne Mietwagen wird es schwierig, dafür hat man komplett seine Ruhe. Sogar die Tischtennisplatte wurde nachgeliefert! Der einzige Minuspunkt war die spärlich ausgestattetete Küche. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden jedoch gab es sonst nichts - kein Spülmittel, kein Klopapier und keine Müllsäcke. Kann sein, dass es an corona lag und wir die ersten Gäste in der Unterkunft waren... Ansonsten durchweg empfehlenswert und wir werden wiederkommen!!

Rund um zufrieden!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt, die Bilder stimmen mit den tatsächlichen Begebenheiten überein. Man liegt ruhig und abgelegen und trotzdem hat man schnelle Wege zu den Supermärkten, alle großen befinden sich auf einem Areal.
