Iberostar - accommodation in Campos

I don’t know if I would stay here again, but I am glad I did. It was confusing from the start. When we arrived, there were two other cars waiting at the gate to enter. Everyone was equally confused about how to get in. The other two cars were wedding vendors. Eventually, the gate opened so one woman could run in, but then it soon shut after, so we continued waiting. Finally we got in. We walked a bit from the parking lot to the reception. The person at the reception was quite young and a bit aloof. She spent some time with the wedding vendors and did not acknowledge us at all. She ended up asking us to wait two minutes while she walked the vendors to some other part of the property. But of course it was longer than two minutes. Luckily, we had been on Mallorca for a few days, so we weren’t jet lagged, but it was a bit annoying, and I can’t imagine coming off a long flight to wait in the car, and then wait in the reception. When she came back, did not apologize for the wait and began checking us in. Even after checking in, she hesitated to ask if we needed help with our luggage. The parking was not too far, but it’s a rocky pebble driveway, which is not ideal for dragging a suitcase. The interaction was odd. She was not rude. It just seemed like her first day. Overall, we had a nice enough stay. The power went out once, but otherwise it’s nice. No complaints about the bed, bathroom, property. It was quirky!

Tienes que probar la paella para el almuerzo, recién hecha en su cocina\. ¡Estaba deliciosa\! ¡Gracias por todo\! ❤️

We spent one night in a family room in this beautiful hotel on the way to the coast. It is a really special place and I would have liked to spend more time there. The room was spacious with a fridge and air con provided, and very large beds. The room was clean and bottled water provided in the fridge. The self service breakfast was excellent, a great choice of options to suit everyone. We loved playing in the pool and hanging out in the hammocks in the evening. 100% recommended if looking for something different and chilled. The garden was really lovely to walk around and very friendly staff. We can't wait to return!
