Perched just above the Waterville Estates community center, this home away from home grants you access to numerous on-site amenities, including two heated indoor pools, two outdoor pools, a weight/fitness room, a sauna, locker rooms, an on-site restaurant, a rec center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, soccer fields, miles of scenic walking trails, a swimming/boating pond, and a ski area.

The condo enjoys a bright and welcoming living area with many windows flooding the space with natural light and seasonal mountain vistas. Lounge and relax in the living area as you watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services or break out any of the provided board games. We loved staying at the Condo it was quiet and clean. Well worth the money. The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing. We watched them shoot off fireworks while the boys played basketball. The only thing was the kitchen to the restaurant at the pool closed to early.
