The accommodation includes laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, and 1 secure basement car park. The apartment is pet-friendly, welcoming most pets with a limit of 2. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas and must be house trained.

Getting Around:
Braddon is very central to Canberra and within minutes to the Canberra City, you can use the tram, share scooters, ubers/ taxi and buses.
We have secure basement parking and their is also street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the Braddon. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.
