We have stayed here before but would not want to stay in the same room (25) again. The neighbours in the adjoining room were noisy and disturbed our sleep with their loud talking, especially when they returned to their room at 1.15am. The walls are thin and extra noise comes through the connecting door. Reception was very helpful and friendly on our arrival

This hotel is poorly planned and laid out . Reception and entry to the upper level is at one end of a long building which means luggage must travel that distance . The hotel just felt poorly planned and difficult in most respects .

Room was very clean although smelt like a dirty nappy when we walked in. Had to keep spraying with air freshner. Bed very comfortable as always! Too much noise from interconnecting door....maybe look at some sort of seal. We usually stay here when visiting ACT as close to our family, and will continue to do so.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for what I needed however the room just smelled. Not sure if it was the people who used the room before me or the general hygiene of staff but it was a distinct smell of body odour that just seemed to linger for the duration of my overnight stay.
