The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself everything else and breakfast was great - we were looking to have dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night but it was closes so we had to go elsewhere

Bed had hairs from previous guests. Black hairs and lots of them. Offered me a 10% off next stay or something. Crazy. Pretty sure sheets were not changed. Have stayed before and it was fine. Management just handled it poorly. I even shared photos of the filthy sheets. Not sure why businesses just don’t accept responsibility. They then send me a survey to complete? Are they crazy? Just being honest. Probably not their fault, but that was my experience. Is that was these reviews are for?

The room was adequate for two people, the cleanliness was a bit touch and go but generally o.k. The cafe/restaurant was good value and quite an extensive menu. Parking is a problem in that it is a pay car park opposite the premises with a 4 hour limit from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm weekdays. Free on weekends. Overall a convenient and pleasant place to stay.
