I'd love to rate this park higher. The location was brilliant, close to everything but very quiet and you felt like you were in the middle of the bush. The room let it down though. What was advertised as a full kitchen was a 2 hob hotplate and a convection microwave. The fridge was so noisy it kept us awake, and left puddles on the floor each morning. We mentioned this to reception but nothing was done. The bathroom was a mess when we arrived, makeup on the wall and the sink was filthy. The room was dusty and grimy and needed a good wipe over before we could relax. And this was one of their premium villas. A pity, because the park itself was terrific.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Very dated. Foundation was clearly compromised as cabin was on a lean, such that any water that came out of the shower ran down hill into one corner of the room. No dishwasher, so had to hand wash which is fine with your own home but not hygienic. It would appear the place is a cash cow and they spend nothing on maintenance

The cabin was very run down and in need of repair there were NO locks on any of the sliding windows, the oven was faulty, while there was a full kitchen the only cooking item was a small frypan, no pots. The cleaning was poor..honestly we left it cleaner than when we arrived. The beds were very poor, very hard hard, the bunk mattresses were so thin my kids could feel the slats underneath. I think for the price it is very very poor value.

Grevillea cabin - Swipe card wasn't activated properly. Wood on verandah floor was dangerous as needed repair.The room felt neglected. Broken wardrobe door, didn't close properly. Old and tatty furnishings. Air conditioning was terrible - we needed to clean the filter of dust build up. The curtains weren't wide enough to cover the window areas. Mosquitoes in the bathroom.

Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. Playgrounds are great, basketball court amazing, free games on the deck daily and so much to do.
