- Non-compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and a $500 fee.

- No smoking or vaping policy within the apartments, with a $200 cleaning fee for violations.



Most pets welcome, limit 2. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas and must be house trained. Additional cleaning charges apply for any mess not cleaned up. Lost keys and remotes incur a replacement fee of $200.
