Perfectly located in the heart of Lyons this property is 2 min drive to the Woden Westfield and 10min drive to almost every suburb in Canberra - supreme location.
This large 3 bedroom home is perfectly suited to your next family trip to Canberra. Its comfortable with modern additions to make your stay enjoyable.
Fully fited kitchen with butlers pantry, free driveway parking as well as street parking, Large Smart TV, Netflix, Stan, Fast and Free Wifi, Portacot, highchair, Free standing bath.
There are 3 large queen rooms and a decent size kitchen and living area. The 4th bed is a sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms and living rooms have central heating and cooling
We are always available easily through the Airbnb messaging system, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always contact us by phone if required.
- There are tenants below the house so please be mindful and considerate of noise
- There are surveillance cameras around the outside of the house as well as a ring camera when entering the house.
- The house doesn't have a back yard just has a small laundry room downstairs and room to hang clothes outside by the side of the house.
