Welcome to this stylish apartment in Barton, a vibrant Canberra suburb known for its convenient location, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food. You will have access to all of the apartment amenities during your stay. Please check the full listing information as it will answer most of your questions.

This apartment is located on the 2nd level of the building, with lift access.

BEDROOMS:
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed while the second room has a queen bed. All beds are topped with fresh linen that is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedrooms also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
There are 2 bathrooms on this property. Both have a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- dishwasher
- crockery and cutlery

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 55'' TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. I also have a stereo with CD, digital radio and Bluetooth connectivity for streaming music from phones or laptops.

LAUNDRY:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

BUSINESS TRAVELLERS:
There is a stand-up desk, 32” computer monitor, keyboard and mouse that you can use throughout your stay.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

The nearest bus stop to the apartment is only 150 metres away on National Circuit, one of Canberra's main bus routes.

We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We need to collect $50 for every hour, or increment thereof, of delayed check out.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.

7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8.⁠ ⁠The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
