Unwind in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Phillip, framed by calming views of nature.

Throughout your stay, you have full access to all the apartment`s amenities. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!

BEDROOM:
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, while bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 65` smart TV which you can use it access your YouTube accounts and other online streaming platforms. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and additional online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you must use your account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

NOTE: Dryer is currently unavailable.

PARKING:
If you have a car, the garage can accommodate up to 2 cars. However, if you need additional parking space, there is pay-per-hour street parking available nearby.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s BBQ Area, common garden, rooftop, gym, pool, spa and sauna throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

The apartment enjoys a prime location, conveniently positioned within a short walking distance of key government buildings, including the Department of Health, DVA, Social Services, Aviation Safety Authority, and IP Australia. Furthermore, guests will appreciate the proximity of the Woden shopping centre, ensuring easy access to a comprehensive array of amenities.

Getting to the apartment is incredibly easy! If you`re coming from the city, simply hop on the blue rapid bus from the city bus station, and it will drop you off just at the end of the street around the corner in Launceston street. Similarly, getting to the city from Woden interchange is also a breeze.

For those arriving at the airport, the best way to reach the apartment is by taking an Uber. Rest assured, you`ll have a hassle-free experience getting to your destination!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
