Welcome to our cozy home in Deakin! This charming older property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the warmth of its classic features, along with the practicality of modern amenities. Deakin is a great spot for a relaxed stay, whether you`re here for a short visit or a longer retreat. We look forward to hosting you!
The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a combined kitchen & dining area, and a separate living room.

This is a semi-detached home with a grassy frontyard and a fully enclosed grassy backyard, located right in the heart of Deakin.

Inside, there is a combined kitchen, dining and laundry area. The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and cooktop.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have reverse-cycle A/C.

The living room is separate and provides a cosy spot where you can shut the door on the rest of the house :-)

There is one bathroom (with shower over the bath), and one separate toilet.

The driveway fits two cars, though please note that the driveway is not as wide as some, so getting in and out can be a bit of a squeeze!

Guests have exclusive use of the whole property (there are no shared spaces with the host or other guests).

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

Excellent property in a very good location and we could take our dog which was most important. I would stay here again.

The back yard was full of dog poo. There seemed to be of two different ages so the back yard had obviously not been cleared for some time. The back fence was in poor condition and our dog escaped into the neighbouring property. The owners said this had happened twice before and the owner of the rental notified, but nothing done. The main bedroom had a strange smell. We ended up leaving a day early.
