Was let down by QT Canberra. The room itself was mediocre. Bathroom was tiny and there was NO water pressure. I wasn’t able to wash my hair it was that bad! Sheets were dirty and had holes, the fitted sheet was also a flat sheet they laid across the mattress. Wifi was too slow to stream, so had to use phone data. Parking is $30 per day which is well overpriced for the area. Parking across the road (300m walk) is only $14 per day. Location is great, quick 5min walk to the main street. Lots of construction around the area, but didn’t hear it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

QT hotels have a great vibe and this one had an awesome bar and lobby. The room itself was dated, ugly and the beds were ridiculously soft. It was a real shame. I would never stay again.

Stayed 2 nights in a room near the lifts which is noisy due to lack of sound proofing (bit difficult to sleep). There are no lights from the roof near the bed and felt the room is bit darker. Couldn't find internal parking for 2 days but receptionist was kind enough to allow me to park in the drop off area on the second day. Parking was bit disappointing as we picked QT Canberra beacuse it has electric vehicle charging facilities. I did online check in before midday (paid) but there was no option to book parking. Location was convenient and the lobby area was renovated. Room rates seems to be fair but the inconvenience of the facilities offset that.

Canberra trip

Beautiful room with great views of the lake. Access to the hotel was tricky due to construction. Reasonably located and close to Canberra attractions like the City Center, walking paths, and parliament building. After staying at a similar class hotel in Sydney we suddenly found our breakfast options to be severely limited. We realized that they do not make Omelettes!!!

Stayed for two nights. Thought it had a sauna and pool as I looked it up and nothing. Car park was full so had to park 3 min walk away for the price of the room should have been included. Room was near the lift so noisy could hear people coming and going. The bathroom had no fan so was steamy after every shower. Bed was made but did not receive fresh towels or body lotion. The wine glasses and coffee mugs were not cleaned and no coffee pod refill. For $700 for two nights I expected much more not worth the money!!! Room needs upgrading as it was out dated.
