Come and stay at this well located apartment situated on a quiet street just back from Kingston Foreshore in Canberra. This spacious two bedroom apartment easily accommodates 4 guests with the Master Bedroom and twin room. The generously furnished living space means you can unwind at the end of the day. The location means you are within walking distance to plenty of dining options on the Kingston Foreshore or at Kingston town centre.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
Kingston Foreshore is situated on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. Cafes, pubs and restaurants are plentiful, as are outdoor pursuits. For a morning walk, take a stroll from bridge to bridge along the lake. This apartment is so well located being so close to the Foreshore, and also close to Kingston village centre, where there is a large supermarket and more cafes and restaurants. Manuka Oval is also nearby and it is an easy bus ride into Canebrra city centre.
This apartment has 1 garage space and there is unlimited street parking on evenings and weekends. ALternatively, make use of the buses that run through Kingston regularly, to take you to where you want to go.
- Please note that there are internal stairs from the ground floor to the apartment which is on the first floor (no lift). - It is an apartment and so is in close proximity to neighbours. One of the rooms has a permanently locked double door. On the other side is a separate townhouse. - Street parking is available with 2hr limit during work hours. Unlimited through evenings and weekends. - If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Friday morning weekly collection. - There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout. This apartment is strictly: 1. No parties, Zero tolerance. 2. No Smoking. 3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am so as to respect the local neighbours.

Great location
It was such a lovely stay at the Kingston Apartment. We were so close to everything, it was very convenient.The only down side was the emails we received kept taking us to an app in order to see our booking. I gave up in the end and just messaged through the email. The 2 contact phone numbers don't actually take textsnothing was said when I explained this.

Quiet clean location
Had a wonderful restorative night at unit between family events and returning home interstate. Immaculate, quiet, walking distance to great cafes & the lake. We’ll definitely come again next time we’re in Canberra!

Few minor things need attention. Entry to property is a bit messy with garden rubbish. As it is first impression the guest gets, it’s advisable to clear it up. Next, door between garage and interior of the unit, does not open or close from garage side. Also hot water system is a bit wonky, produces short periods of hot water followed by burst of freezing water.

Basic but great
Property was exactly as advertised. Pretty basic kitchen fit out (and only a portable stove top) but that was fine for us as we spent most of our time away from the apartment.
Hosts were difficult to contact, either needed to sign up to an app (no thanks) or ring them direct. I had no response to my text message but ultimately this wasn’t an issue.
We would stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

Great Location
The apartment was in a great location,lots of restaurants within walking distance. We did not receive any communication in regards to how to access the property so had to call when we were almost in Canberra, the information was then sent through straight away. Disappointed with the way the beds were made, it looked like someone had just slept in them and there were long black hairs on the sheets in the main bed and one of the single beds. A bit more attention to detail is needed here. Overall a nice spot, very quiet and comfortable. Good for an overnight stay.
