The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Canberra Airport. While parking was available, the $12 fee could have been waived for guests. The bathroom felt quite cramped compared to the room and could benefit from an update. At reception, staff could have been more proactive, particularly in providing the free Wi-Fi password, and there was a wait as only one staff member was attending at the time. Overall, it’s a decent option for a one-night stay.

Hotel was very nice very conveniently next to the airport walking distance for a short overnight stay perfect very clean and stuff very friendly also extremely clean there is nothing around other than a petrol station so if you planning to stay longer consider a car other than that I had a lovely stay the room was extremely clean and very nice and conformable

Parking was easy. My only issue was that I had requested a double room (on the booking it said twin/double) & when we arrived it was a twin. No time to switch as we were due at a function very soon after our arrival. Otherwise all great.

To arrive early and be told to check in early will be an additional charge. Every other hotel we have stayed in at Canberra, are more than happy to check us in early if there is a room available ( this is called creating a good customer experience, much like upgrading passengers on a flight). There was no mattress protector on the bed. It took the chef 15 minutes and a dozen eggs to make me three fried eggs because he kept burning them. The attitude of the lady at reception was terrible.
