Nous mettons en location notre maison toute neuve de 150 m2 ,de plain pied , sur un terrain clôturé de 1100 m2 avec grand jardin et parking.

Elle comprend 4 chambres dont
-une suite parentale avec salle de douche à l'italienne et wc
-une 2 ème chambre avec lit double
-une 3 ème chambre avec 2 lits simples
-une 4 ème chambre avec 1 lit simple et 2 lits superposés
une salle de bain avec baignoire et 1 w c indépendant complètent le coin couchage

Elle est aussi composée
d'une grande cuisine de 15 m2 avec verrière donnant sur le salon déplafonné de 40 m2 et un côté ouvert donnant sur la salle à manger.

Son exposition et ses grandes baies vitrées vous séduiront par sa luminosité et sa décoration alliant moderne et classique.

Située au sein du hameau traditionnel très calme "la Ville es Péniaux", tout peut se faire à pied , en étant à 10 mn à pied du centre ville ,de la plage ,du chemin des douaniers (GR34) et à 20 mn à pied du port de la "Houle"

Les draps et serviettes sont en option, le linge de maison est fourni.

Les fauteuils roulants sont accessibles avec des ouvertures de 80 cm minimum

Belle maison avec jardin

Très belle maison de plein pied à 1,8 km du port de Cancale. Emplacement très calme avec un beau jardin. Accueil et départ simple et conviviale. La maison est très lumineuse et bien équipée. La cuisine est pratique. Seule quelques équipements sont un peu datés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
