The kitchen, sleek and elegant, is fully equipped to let you cook delicious meals. The living room is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing. This living area opens directly onto the large southwest-facing terrace.

House with four bedrooms on the Emerald Coast

Ty Marzotine can accommodate up to 8 people in four bedrooms located upstairs, all equipped with storage. Two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with a double bed (140x190)—have access to a shared terrace with a sea view. A third bedroom, ideal for children, offers a bunk bed (2x90x200) with a pull-out trundle bed that can convert into a double bed. The last bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200). These four bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and a shower. Two separate toilets are available: one on the ground floor, and one upstairs.
