The resort has a great reputation. It is located in the hotel zone. Public bus service is readily available to take across the Cancun area. The resort has several bars and restaurants, along with a convenience store that carries food items, wine, beer, etc. There are sports activities and tennis courts. Bicycles are available free to guests. Lots of other activities can be found on the web site.

The Villa is one of six with a large private deck. Entrance to the deck is a stairs from the balcony.
The villa is located in the main entrance that includes check in, convenience store, shops and restaurants. It is located very close to the elevator and is the first stop on the way up.
