This hotel is clean and the staff were amazing! The property is beautiful and itā€™s in a perfect location with air conditioning. Itā€™s directly on the beach, next to the ferry and 7-11 is across the street. Highly recommended

First of all there is no room service, during are stay no one cleaned are room. Second of all the room is full of bugs and lizards and when we told the manger on site he was like this is normal we canā€™t do anything about it. One of the worst places you could stay at it. There are cheap places near by with better service and hospitality.

We had a great stay at Casa Caribe. Juarez Port is within walking distance and various places to eat as well. The room was cozy and the ac worked great. Place was not crowded. If you are looking for a place to just relax away from hotel zone this is the spot. Will stay again.

Hotel is nice and location very close to Isla Mujeres ferry and some other areas. Maybe it was just me that for the pictures and map I thought it was on the beach or very close to. It is by the ocean but there is no beach, the closest beach it's a bit more than 1 mile walk. We had a good stay anyway and enjoyed the pool, balconies and plenty of outdoor areas. Hotel and rooms can use some upgrades but for the fair price we got I'm happy with our stay.

The staff were superb and very knowledgeable and the hotel is near the beach and next to the ferry which it makes it convenient the room was very very nice the only thing that I wish that they had in the room was bottled water or a big jug of water to fill up my water bottles and the mattress was very very bad and the water was forever to get warm never hot just warm. Other than small things the hotel is well worth it and across the street there is a man who cooks chicken and pork and steak on a charcoal grill right across from 7-Eleven to die for and write any of the ferry there is a small stand and the guy makes the best food .. housekeeping staff really knew how to make the room clean.

The overall condition of this property was okay. I think some updates would improve the aesthetics of the hotel (wall repairs, paint job). The room was clean and spacious with a sliding door that overlooks the pool and sea which was nice to have. There was one staff member who checked us in and showed us to our room.

There is no beach view, but a nice view of the coast and a lighthouse is next door. The hotel is "rustic", which makes it interesting, but old and not that well maintained. We decided to changes hotels half way through and could not get any refund, but left anyway. By the way, no one speaks English.

Everything was great, had a good stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable room.views of the ocean. Pool, breakfast onsite for a small fee but fresh to order. Had a really nice time. Only downside I had gotten this place because it had a kitchen. I wanted to cook for my husband since he was deported but the kitchen didnā€™t have pots and pans or cooking utensils. Other than that everything else was fine. Would go back
