Excellent service, no complaints here. From the reception to the cleaning lady, they are so great, very welcoming and helpful. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews I always like to go and get my own experience and it was great. Amazing view from the room and the free chairs was the cherry on top. The free beach chair access, which is included with the room, is the best part of staying here. Otherwise, the walls are so thin you can hear partying until 4 am… which is to be expected I suppose. The towels were dirty and had holes… no water pressure… bed was soft but no blanket was provided. Was unable to locate any staff to check out, so I had to write a note and leave my key in the unattended office. Stayed here specifically for the proximity to Playa Norte.
