The room was clean daily which is a big plus. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything to do in the resort. There weren’t many options for food and many restaurants were closed. The beach view room I was in was a tease. By “ocean view” it was if you looked over the balcony to see the corner of the oceanfront. The jacuzzi was dirty and nothing like the pictures online.

We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel was spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully decorated. Our ocean-view room was so spacious with a huge balcony that made it extra special. Dining was incredible. The Teppanyaki restaurant was so good we went twice, and we also loved the Mexican and Italian restaurants. The French restaurant is a must for breakfast! I was a little worried after reading some reviews about the food, but everything we had was phenomenal. Even the buffet was great, though for dinner I’d recommend the specialty restaurants. The spa was a highlight. We booked a package with a massage, facial, and hydrotherapy session—it was pure bliss. The staff was professional, everything felt top-notch, and we even brought home some of their amazing products. The pools were fantastic, with two swim-up bars and attentive servers who kept drinks coming whether we were poolside or in a cabana. For our anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond with champagne in our room and a sweet door sign—it truly felt special.The only drawback was the seaweed on the beach, but staff worked hard to clear it, and of course that’s beyond their control. There are a few shops on-site, but larger shopping areas are 30–45 minutes away. We also did a catamaran excursion that included shopping, which worked perfectly.We loved the priority lounge with top-shelf drinks. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we highly recommend!

The service was top notch. Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds even though there was seaweed, which we knew about ahead of time. We got engaged and Martin was amazing and went out of his way to make it a special event that we will never forget. Our room was amazing!!!

The staff here are so super nice and helpful. The buffet was always very good with plenty of options. Would have loved to had water aerobics every day. Our room was very nice but air conditioning was not as cold as we would have liked. I booked ocean view room but it was definitely a garden view. We could not see the ocean. The spa was wonderful we enjoyed a massage and hydro therapy. All in all this resort was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

The service of the staff is just outstanding. You can see the Director of the Hotel at the restaurants supervising everything, but across the property. All the people are really great, at the bar, the pool, towels, concierge. ALL OF THEM, at the restaurants. Miss Fernanda at the restaurants, Erwing, Emiliano and Karina in Carnival, Jose at CIN CIN, all, Ivan at the entrance, all are giving the extra mile

Do not give me two words to describe what I did not like and a whole paragraph to write what I liked. Here is what I didn't like...... the smell of mold in the rooms, the restaurants and bars close most of the time due to weddings or other events. The bar near the beach was closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday!! The food was exactly like airplane food in premium economy, not even business class. The beach was full of seaweed and smell like so everywhere, Nor a good experience. The staff was great though!

Me , my daughter and her friend had a great vacation, and met some amazing people from all over the world! All visitors were so friendly and social! The hotel environment and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Rooms were big and spacious, and clean. Housekeeping was timely and friendly! We had a great time-- food was great, great variety, freshly cooked, all restaurants were great, bartenders and especially the night time crew and poolside crew (all drinks were "Alfredo-Strong" ) were AMAZING!! Entertainment crew was so fun!!, and really created lots of fun and engaged everyone! There are several activities throughout the resort to engage in for anyone and everyone! Evening time entertainment was great and always brought everyone out to enjoy the evening activities and drinks! I am so glad we chose this resort as our 1st experience, and likely we will be back!! Everyone in all areas- restaurants, cafe, buffet restaurant, front desk, lobby staff, Entertainment crew, all waiters (inside and poolside), housekeeping, lobby bars----literally everyone was amazing, courtesy, fun, very social, polite, helpful, and made us feel like friends and family! We truly had an amazing time, but really all staff and everyone we encountered made our stay wonderful!! Thank you to everyone :)

The pool was big abd nicely spread out with plenty of seating around and in the pool. We were upgraded to an ocean front view and it was amazing! Just a short walk to the pool or beach. Several dining options and we have no complaints. The food was very good.

Most of the staff were amazing. The resort was beautiful and the grounds were nicely kept. The The entertainment was great. The only turnoff was the pushy salesmen trying to get us to purchase vacation club memberships and hotel experiences.
