I really enjoyed my time being here. I was surprised with the location (how convenient to get to the mall by walk). Also, everything seemed clean and neat. However, the first room I used had a broken thermometer (I did not realize it until I changed my room). And the second room I upgraded for ocean front had a broken mirror in the washroom where I had to use a towel to hold it. These were not a really a big deal for me so I did not complain. One thing I would suggest here is offering the reservation system. This was the only thing that will stop me from going back. All the restaurants were like 1hr waiting. I do not understand why the hotels do not allow the guests to book in advance for the restaurants.

We stayed here for a week, and until our last day, we truly enjoyed everything. The activities were amazing — especially the bracelet-making and dream catcher classes. Jessica, Naomi, and Alex were so warm, patient, and fun to spend time with. At Siete 7, Gerardo and Marco made every breakfast a joy. Gerardo was especially thoughtful — always bringing what we needed and introducing local dishes. Thanks to them, most of our stay felt relaxing and memorable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how Concierge Manager Edgar handled a serious issue. I stepped on a broken glass bottle right in front of the hotel’s beach, and when we called for help, he showed no empathy and simply said it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility since the beach is open to public, and he has never seen it happen in for last 15years. His dismissive attitude was very disappointing and out of line with the otherwise wonderful service. It’s a shame such a great resort has a manager who doesn’t reflect the kindness of the rest of the team.

Everything was great other than the room not being as cool as I would like and they didn’t have as many free chairs and day beds by the pool as they did have rental cabanas. Almost forcing you to have to rent a cabana. With how much I payed for the entire trip for an all inclusive I find it a little unnecessary to then ask to pay additional to enjoy the pool or beach area!
