It's honestly too long of a list to write everything so I'll just say this is the rudest most inhospitable staff we have ever encounted at a resort. Dining options are a nightmare as there is no reservation system and it is approximately a 2 hour wait for a table, some nights longer, worst part is the food is terrible. Every guest we got to know during our stay all said the same thing, terrible staff, terrible food, etc. It got so bad that we ended up cutting our vacation short and flying home. The photos DO NOT reflect the actual state of the place, this hotel is NOT new whatsoever except for a small section that you have to pay hundreds of extra dollars for per night in addition to having a "preferred club" room. By the way, preferred club at this resort only gets you in a private lounge, that is literally the only benefit. If you go to this resort either buy a basic room or get the Indigo section. I'm ASTONISHED there are positive reviews for this place, they must be bought reviews because it was guest after guest complaining to concierge (we overheard while using the computer nearby). If you do end up going to this resort I sincerely hope you have a much better experience. Bon chance.

This resort is top-tier, everything from the staff the dining and the facilities were superb! My wife and our experience travelers and have been to Mexico around 14 times in the last 12 to 13 years. I will highly recommend this resort the bartender at the bar, Marko had exceptional service. Definitely will be visiting again.

Kids everywhere even in the preferred club! Massive seaweed on the beach so you have to be closer to Cancun to have the nice beaches. Food options terrible was 1-2 hour waits for restraunts even waited for table at the buffet. There are way better places to stay. Staff was great!

It was a nice resort, but I did have a few issues with the cleaning service. They missed restocking towels for us a few times, and the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. We don’t eat seafood, and the dinner buffet primarily featured seafood with limited other options.

This was me and my boyfriend’s first trip as a couple in our 20’s over all the resort and pool were beautiful and the staff were lovely! We were not big on the food but that was in part because the majority of our stay we were in the trenches of travelers diarrhea. The staff was helpful and delivered us waters all through the night and we even had the unique experience of meeting the hotel doctor: who was lovely and very helpful. Even despite being locked in the room 3/5 days we still thought the resort was beautiful and worth our money. For appearances and activities I would give this resort 5/5 but the food was not really what I was hoping for. I understand this is because they are trying to recreate foods tourists would enjoy without the same ingredients and processes we are used to. If we weren’t so scared of travel after sh*ting and p*king water for days we would go again!!

We just recently returned from a trip to Dreams Sapphire and overall had a nice time. We stayed in one of the oceanside swim out suites, which was very nice. The pool itself had a nice set up and you are able to receive drink service while using your pool. We were all little surprised at the overall size of the resort. It is on the smaller size, so paying for the preferred club upgrade is worth it. You receive access to additional pools and a bar/lounge area that has snacks throughout the day, as well as breakfast foods. The staff did a great job keeping everything very clean, however we did have to call to ask for cleaning services in our room, as well as calling to ask for a mini-bar restock after a few days. One disappointing factor was the food for dinner. Compared to other resorts we have stayed at, the food was very underwhelming.
