My partner and I visited this resort in 2022 and had one of the best times. Everything was 10/10 and we recommended so many friends to this place. This time was completely different. Everyone who worked at the resort was constantly trying to sell something and talk you into something. We are there to vacation and relax not answer a million questions daily and be sold to. We also did not have hot water our last night for a whole day. They told us to visit the spa if we wanted to take a hot shower and when we did, we had to bring a towel from our room because they stated the towels and robes were only for spa guests even though we did not make the choice to not have hot water. When it did come back on, it was brown and smelled terrible. We also had a roach in our room. We barely saw our butler where as back in 2022, we were waited on and catered to. This just was not a good experience at all and we will no longer be supporting this resort.

Very nice resort, up to date and more modern compared to most. The Buffet had a large selection of fresh food, and tasty. Free room service, parking, and descent drinks. The spa was amazing. The only negative for me and alots of others was the wait for elevators. I will be back.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The food at all the restaurants is amazing but the buffet/sports bar food is not the best. The drinks are delicious. The room service takes 40 minutes to bring anything up to you. The staff is not very friendly. The elevators take 20 to pick you up. Overall experience was pleasant.

Very fun hotel. Food is good compared to most Cancun resorts. Entertainment is alright. Daytime pool games are the most fun. Rooms nice enough. Staff is nice but most don’t go above and beyond. I wouldn’t recommend diamond club. Rooftop parties are advertised as being amazing but they are very hit or miss. A good hotel!!!

Requested two beds in room Responded 3 times to request of type of room and on arrival request not available. Changed rooms next day but some mix up between staff at front desk, as Angel, member when we arrived had made arrangements and day staff semed comfused. Told would get room at 3 pm, then told not ready itwould be a few minutes, this went on and on, then Angel asked what was the problem and looked in computer and told us room ready. Really disappointed with smoking arrangements!.Smoking everywhere, outdoor and indoor bars, theatre, around pool, in pool, washrooms, cigarette ash in wash basins, elevators. I went to enter elevator and got faceful of smoke/vape from women standing in front of other guests in elevator. As i am allergic to smoke I was really disappointment that regulations were not in place. When discussing with employee (wearing burgandy shirt), told hotel owners were Ok with smoking, I pointed out Mexico regulations on smoking but it didn't apply at that hotel. It is the only hotel I have been at with such disgraceful smoking regulations and against all health rules. As a result of being exposed to al the smoking I have been quite ill since my return due to sensitivity and allergy to smoking and no regard health of non smokers at hotel. Staff very nice and helpful in all areas i was in contact, front desk except for help with room apart from Angel, guest services very helpful as well as serving staff. Hotel clean and easy to get things like towels

I traveled with my wife, best friend, and in-laws. After staying a few days at a smaller property, the action/activities were welcomed. Overall a phenomenal property. There is a "party" pool and a more calm pool area. There is also a diamond club pool option that requires an upgrade. The foam parties in main pool were a good time, and the pool is large enough to watch from afar if you do not want to be in right in the action. Alot was made about the rooftop pool. The area is enormous and has great views but the action was limited the few times we went up there. One downside is if you are not diamond club, you must purchase drinks individually or purchase a cabana. We were okay with this at first until the one night where the main entertainment for a night was on the rooftop and you had to purchase drinks. This was a first in all of our times in an all-inclusive Cancun resort. This resulted in the group of 10-12 that we had accumulated to go downstairs to the Taboo Lounge. The Taboo Lounge was definitely the highlight of the trip. We met so many wonderful people and the bar service and entertainment was top notch. Although there is the diamond club option, we were never pressured to upgrade. The service was phenomenal and wanted to give a shoutout to Veronica from the buffet, Jorge from the breakfast station, Miguel from the Steakhouse, Alexander & Jesus from Entertainment team, David from Vespa, and Alejandro from beach drink services. I highly recommend this resort.

The Vibe staff was amazing. They keep you entertained all the time, very energetic and great attitudes. Food was good, buffet had something for everyone. Staff in buffet were very attentive and responsive. Few small issues regarding pool chairs but that had more to do with other rude guests. Overall a great stay.

I’m just going to tell you what you need to know. I don’t believe the diamond club is worth it. It does come with a butler and premium drinks. However the premium drinks are not worth it because it’s only two areas on the whole resort that you can get it from. The swim up bar doesn’t offer it and the rooftop pool does not offer it and that is where most of your time will be spent on the resort. The food, it is okay. It’s not delicious but it’s not horrible. ALL THE POOLS CLOSE AT 7PM. The rooms are okay , they need some updating. If you’re not a stickler you will be fine if you are, you will struggle. Night life is pretty decent. A lot of the events happen at the roof top pool which closes at 1am (you can’t use the pool) I don’t think it’s much to do after that. They will try to sell you a timeshare , when you first walk in (in which they claim it’s not a time share) If you don’t have at least 2,500 to put down don’t Waste your time. The likelihood of them letting you check in before 3pm is slim to none. So if you get there early just be prepared to change out your clothes and enjoy the resort. I would give it a solid 6 1/2. I wouldn’t be a returning guest.
