We had the best time!!!! We went kayaking and on a bike ride with Alex, and he was wonderful! Drinks and food were great and our room was always clean! The one thing I wish they had was more to do after 4pm besides the pool and beach.

Friendly staff. Great food. We did the all inclusive, I do not understand why anyone is complaining about sweet drinks or up charges. We ordered plenty of double coladas and margaritas and they were all included. Shots were also included. There were certain “top shelf” options with an upcharge but there had to be a few dozen options that were included

Wished there were more indoor dining options. It was difficult for the kids to enjoy food while being so hot even during breakfast. Room service was great but depending on time of day such as early mornings, they took very long.

This place is amazing. I have 3 adult sons with autism, they enjoyed so much. Everyone is friendly and i love that they have activities that my son can join too. Kudos to Charlie for teaching us aqua zumba every morning!! Will definitely go back. The trip was memorable.

the property is beautiful and comfortable. I wish I could say that the staff. It felt like an inconvenience for the staff that we decided to stay there. Once we declined the time share sale we were hit with a $50 charge and given the cold shoulder by the staff. Perfect example, my wife went to get morning tea at 6:58. She was told to wait until 7am. If you enjoy morning mimosas or bloodymarys dont come here. No alcohol served untill 11am. We were told No and Cant more times then I can count on this trip. I consider this as money wasted and would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a resort.
