Enjoy a perfect getaway in this cozy vacation home for 3 people, located in a quiet residential area of Candelaria, in the southeast of Tenerife.
The modular home has a sunny terrace ideal for enjoying Tenerife's privileged climate. Its small but charming private pool (2 x 2 m, 1.2 m deep) is perfect for cooling off at any time of the day. In addition, it has 2 loungers and 2 umbrellas, creating a relaxation corner where sun and calm are the protagonists.
The interior is designed to offer comfort and style. A spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen provides everything necessary for a pleasant stay, such as a kitchen equipped with a microwave, L'Or coffee maker, utensils, and complete tableware. In the living area, we offer a flat-screen television with satellite channels in German, English, and French, as well as free WiFi and air conditioning in the living room.
The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and hair dryer.
The property is located in a quiet and residential area, just 3.8 km from Candelaria Beach. Within a radius of 2 to 5 km, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and all necessary services. It is recommended to have a car to move comfortably around the area. Candelaria is a picturesque coastal municipality famous for its Basilica of the Virgin of Candelaria, patron saint of the Canary Islands, and its maritime promenade full of history and local charm.
