Terrible experience on a 2 day booking-Do not book

The hotel is half building site, half squat with barely any English signs but plenty of Russian signs. I was given a padlock and chain to lock the door. My booking stated a room with A/C would be provided along with wifi, to which I had neither. So i booked a different hotel. When i attempted to complain to hotels.com the hotel lied their way out of a refunded and made up fairy tale conversations saying i'd verbally agree'd that the room was okay. Completely terrible service.
