The property was nice. The location 50/50. Near the beach, short 1 minute walk or less. On site parking was convenient . Not many food options in the immediate area however, it’s a short drive to other dining options. The room was clean and the young lady was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was amazing and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service or taxi service they have is terrible. Hardly anyone answers the phone and if they do and agree to pick you up they’re always late or don’t show up. If you arrange a time for pickup don’t hold your breath because they don’t remember you and you have to call them 5 more times or have the front desk call for you. Very inconvenient especially since they only use 4 people to taxi. Everything else was amazing.

I had to change my plans at the last minute, and the hotel was so gracious and forgoing extra charges for the two days I was not able to arrive on time. I highly recommend this hotel for their service, comfort and location.

What an amazing place. BVI is truly a magical destination and Cane Garden Bay Beach Hotel is no exception. The fully functional kitchen made things easy. The restaurant on-site is wonderful. Get the conch chowder, take in the sunset views and enjoy a cocktail. The service, top notch. Breakfast provided - muffins, cereal, bagels, breads, coffee, juices etc. Everything was just perfect. Views, service, beds, housekeeping, robes, balcony, cable tv, walkability to all things Cane Garden. Truly a remarkable experience. Thank you for everything! The overall experience was so awesome. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant adjacent had high quality food and service as well. The beach frontage was so beautiful and clean and the overall vibe was amazing. We will revisit with more family next time.

We booked this place as a last-minute hotel because of a bad Airbnb. The staff could not have been better. We were greeted with respect and the hotel was just great. Clean rooms comfortable beds. Small kitchens you can cook in. Excellent location, free parking. The only two things I would improve are the Wi-Fi in my room was really not very good. (303) and the gym equipment could use some cleaning and care. Those are my only minor complaints. Wonderful stay in a beautiful location.

Tortola Stay at Cane Garden

The views of Cane Garden Bay from our 4th floor room were amazing! Room was huge and well equipped with everything we needed. Staff was great! The front desk was very nice and super helpful with hotel and area information. Restaurant was excellent with great drinks and entertainment. Beach was a fast 1-2 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the BVI !
