Disappointing service, but a very pretty room!

We were a bit disappointed on arrival - our room wasn't ready, and despite lots of staff being around, nobody helped us with our bags down the steps, or provided us any information about the hotel, restaurant, wifi, etc. The room was beautiful, though, and our small private pool was clean. We were disappointed by the breakfast offering - lots of open containers with flies landing on the food meant there wasn't really anything we felt comfortable eating.
